We appreciate your business and hope you love your purchase. We also understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We are happy to answer any question concerning the product description, size, style, color, etc. prior to purchasing.

Uptown Merch will grant store credit for any item that meets the following criteria within 14 days of purchase. For online orders shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for any return shipping cost.

Items are eligible for store credit if they meet the following guidelines

·       Receipt or proof of online purchase

·       Within the 14 day return policy window. Items shipped back must be postmarked within 14 of receipt or delivery of item

·       Original tags must be attached

·       Items should be in original unwashed, unused condition

·       Free from makeup, perfume, & deodorant

·       Final sale or clearance items are non-refundable

·       Jewelry and some accessories are non-refundable

·       Pre-orders will not be eligible for store credit or exchanges

All refunds are for store credit only. Store credit never expires and can be used to purchase any item in-store or online
